We want you to love your order — but if something’s off, we’ve got your back
If your item arrived damaged, got bent up in the mail, or just isn’t what you expected, don’t stress. Shoot us an email at hello@mosiermadeprintco.com with your order number and a quick note or photo of the issue. We’ll send a replacement right away — no need to send anything back. You can keep it or toss it.
Refunds
If a replacement doesn’t make sense or you’d rather have a refund, that’s totally fine too. Once we chat and get the details, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method. *Just a heads-up: your bank or credit card company might take a few days to process it.
